The Oak Ridge Swim Club charges a $5 guest fee for all non-members receiving swim lessons in our facility. This is in addition to any fees being paid to the lifeguards for lessons.
I’m Nico Gennaro, a rising senior at Northwest Guilford High School. I’ve been a proud member of the Oak Ridge Swim Club since 2005 and have been on the Oak Ridge Swim Club swim team for six years. I've been a junior coach for the swim team for three years and a lifeguard at the swim club for two seasons. I have also been on the Northwest swim team for three years. I love helping coach children in the water becasue I feel as if swimming is an important skill to have. Please contact me to schedule a lesson.
I’m Claudia Lavinder and I have been swimming for the Oak Ridge Swim Team for 9 years. I also swam competitively with the GCY Makos and the Varsity FHE Hawks team. This will be my second year as a swim team coach for ORSC. When I’m not busy with school, I attend youth group, play basketball & soccer, babysit, pet sit, and hang with friends.
I love swimming, I love kids, and I am excited to share my love for the sport! No matter the skill level, from beginner to advanced, I can help you/your child grow as a swimmer.

My name is David Masneri, and I have been swimming competitively on the GCY Makos Swim Team for 8 years. I was born in Texas into a military family, and moved to NC when I was 2. I attended Oak Ridge Elementary, Northwest Middle, and I am currently a freshman at Northwest High School. I ran track in middle school, and as a freshman I participated in the HS swim team and track team.
